Rapid Response for Coast Professional

Louisiana Workforce Commission, the Ouachita Business & Career Solutions Center, and the Northeast Louisiana Workforce Centers will host a Rapid Response Worker Orientation. Employees of Coast Professional affected by the company’s recent layoff are invited to attend. The Rapid Response Orientation is on Tuesday, May 19, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the West Monroe Convention Center. The orientation will include the following information on re-employment services available through LWC:

• Local labor market information.

• Career assessments.

• Résumé writing and job search assistance.

• Career counseling.

• Job search workshops.

• Training opportunities.

• Unemployment insurance information.
